UK MAINLAND SHIPPING

The UK mainland consists of England, Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) and Wales and Northern Ireland. Please note that for the purposes of this definition, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Jersey and Guernsey are not considered part of the UK mainland and delivery charges will apply.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY TIMESCALES

2 DAYS - (Approximate / Depends on Courier Status)

Provided your order is placed before 3pm GMT (15:00) we guarantee to dispatch it from our warehouse on the same working day. If your order is placed after 3pm, we dispatch it on the next working. If your order is placed on a non-working day* then it will be shipped the next available working day.

*A non-working day is any Saturday, Sunday or UK designated Bank Holiday. 

Note: We cannot be held liable if your order does not arrive on time. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse we rely on our couriers’ to deliver in line with the promised time scales, however occasionally these time scales are not met. Please allow some extra time for your order to arrive before you contact us.

Country restrictions: We do not send to the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Cuba, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, North Korea, Palestinian Territories, Russia, South Africa, Sudan, Syria, Turkey.

Simply get in touch with our customer support team and they’ll give you the appropriate return address. Please note we can only accept unopened and unused items.
