Order Issues

If your order was just placed, please email us at hello@nutrivy.co.uk as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We’ll make every effort to honor that request.

If your order has not been dispatched yet, please email us at hello@nutrivy.co.uk as soon as possible. Unfortunately it’s not possible to change the shipping address once your order has been dispatched.

As long as your order has not been dispatched yet, we’re generally able to make changes for you. Please email us at hello@nutrivy.co.uk with your request and we’ll do our best to make it happen for you.

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your package. If it still hasn’t arrived by then please email us at hello@nutrivy.co.uk with your name and order number and we’ll track it down for you.

Please check your email (including Spam or Junk folder) for emails from hello@nutrivy.co.uk.

Orders placed before 5pm are dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 5pm are dispatched on the next working day.

Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Delivery

At the moment we ship within the UK. If you’d like to discuss shipping elsewhere please send us an email on hello@nutrivy.co.uk

If you’re dissatisfied with your product, please email us at hello@nutrivy.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

We’ll happily refund you in full for any unopened products purchased from our website. Please email us at hello@nutrivy.co.uk to begin the process. Please note that we do not supply pre-paid return labels and ask that our customers handle the shipping fee back to us.

Refunds should arrive back on your bank statement within 3-5 business days of processing. Please email us at hello@nutrivy.co.uk if you have any questions.

Within the UK, orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days depending on when your order was placed. Please know if you place an order over the weekend, it won’t ship out until the next business day. After your order ships, please allow 3-5 business days for domestic deliveries. You’ll receive tracking information in your email.

Orders over £10 are delivered FREE. Orders under £10 are charged £3 for delivery.

We only ship within the UK at the moment but If you’d like to discuss shipping elsewhere please send us an email on hello@nutrivy.co.uk.

Any orders too large to fit through your letterbox is sent tracked so you can monitor their progress and arrange pickup after failed delivery.

Since we partner with small, sustainable, organic farms and suppliers that produce our high-quality ingredients, we unfortunately can’t always meet demand. However, if you’re interested in being the first to know when your favorite product is back in stock, email us at hello@nutrivy.co.uk and we’ll email you when it’s ready.
